General Summary of Duties:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR management in supporting designated functions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university in HR, Business, or other relevant major; or at least three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working with ADP preferred. HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred.
