Clinical Services Manager

Clinical Services Manager

Responsible for the day-to-day management of clinical staff as well as in assisting to manage Infinity Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) internal or client-based programs to ensure high quality of clinical service, employee productivity and overall accountability.


The Clinical Services Manager oversees the work of IBHS’ clinicians to provide and coordinate a wide range of services for clients and IBHS staff.  The Clinical Services Manager assists to recruit and is involved in the selection of qualified personnel for open positions as well as training and supervision of those personnel.  Supervision includes, but is not limited to, monitoring employee productivity as it relates to quality assessments, client consultations, client reporting, and general performance of the individual employees and the team.


  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team is essential.
  • Knowledge of mental health standards/substance abuse and regulatory requirements of COA required.
  • Ability to effectively manage and meet strict deadlines in fast-paced environment.
  • Must be flexible to meet ongoing business changes of the organizational environment.
  • Must have strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy in word processing and spreadsheet programs.
  • Facilitates positive relations between IBHS and clients.
  • Works with IBHS staff (UR, Medical Records, etc.) or clients to conduct Q/A case reviews to ensure compliance with general clinical standards, administrative rules, and other applicable rules.
  • Provides oversight of client reports, program reports, & contract management compliance between IBHS and clients on an as needed basis.
  • Participates in IBHS sponsored client events as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Licensure: Current possession of unrestricted license issued by the Florida Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Mental Health Counselor Board required, LCSW preferred. Must already possess or obtain certification as Qualified Supervisor; attending course within 30 days of hire and obtaining certification within 60 days of hire.

Experience: Minimum of 2 (two) years’ experience in substance abuse or mental health services. Previous supervisory experience providing clinical supervision highly preferred.   Well versed with Joint Commission and/or CARF accreditation requirements as related to Behavioral Health.
