General Summary of Duties:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR management in supporting designated functions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, and leave compliance.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university in HR, Business, or other relevant major; or at least three to five years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience working with ADP is required. Excellent skills with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred. Multi-state workforce experience preferred.
